Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to Southside Elementary Museums Magnet School. It is my honor to continue to provide the leadership for this exemplary school.
The school’s leadership team is committed to ensuring that your child will be provided with maximum opportunities for learning. Through differentiated instruction as well as curriculum that incorporates both bilingual education and learning through museum education, your child will experience teaching and learning beyond the standard curriculum. These experiences will result in your child’s success in school.
Throughout the school year, there will be a variety of opportunities that encourage school to home partnerships. I encourage you to be an active part of your child’s learning at Southside Elementary.
The Parent Handbook is provided to you in order for you to become familiar with school operations and policies. Please reference the handbook throughout the year as needed.
